I would like to see more on Body Building. What works, what doesn't work, etc. And that actually goes for other "next level" activities, programs and plans.

I know this is pretty unhelpful, but I sort of like this forum being a mixed bag. Sometimes we talk about fitness issues, personal issues, sports, weather, races, etc. I am happy that this section is largely void of politics and religion. I'm also happy that this section is largely void of people taking themselves seriously. emoticon

So I say throw out there whatever ya got ... see what sticks. Lord knows we're not brimming with traffic here.
