Up until New Years I was a daily weigher, but I've decided that once a week is enough so it will be Fridays.

I do the weekly wi, on Friday mornings (after my exercise and shower). I like it cause Friday is datenight at my house, so it's the day I allow myself to be less stringent in my tracking (for supper and dessert at least). I usually have a "pre-wi peek" on Thursday night, knowing that the number will likely be lower for official wi in the morning.

Almost daily, in the a.m. But only record weekly, on Friday.
Every morning first thing.. I use it as a gauge. If I continue seeing no movement it encourages me to work harder and double check what I am consuming. The number isn't something you should focus on as much but it does allow you to know whether what you are doing is working or not working!
Morning, and almost daily. I lost 40 pounds last year and I almost religiously weighed every day. I gained almost all of the weight back while I was pregnant, or more accurately, the months after I had her I gained 15 pounds.
Sunday is the only one I actually count, though, in regards to logging it.
