That is totally AWESOME! It is the area of my program that needs the most improvement - I do a lot of strength training, but mostly, I get cardio from calisthenics and circuit training and sit ups. I SO need guidance in that area, and didn't do much more than I am currently doing while working out with my trainer. I am not an outdoor exerciser, due to weather and a risky Chicago neighborhood. I am really looking forward to this! Thank you! Yay! emoticon

Congratulations! The DVD that I send out for wheel prizes is the Cardio Blast. You should receive it in a few weeks.

I was blessed to win a "SparkPeople Exercise DVD with my spin this past weekend. I looked in the SparkPeople Store and discovered that there are three of them plus the 28-Day BootCamp (Winners of that one were listed separately). I am so excited about it - I wish I knew which one it was going to be. If any previous winners or staff people see this, please let me know. I have a portable DVD player all ready to go!
