I haven't been sparking for three years, but i have been searching for health for a very long time. Spark people is the longest I have stuck with a program ( a year). Today, I am tired, and it all feels like too much. So I am trolling for motivation, and relaying on the habits that the past year has instilled. I am sparking, tracking, and giving myself a break. Some days you need peace and quit and rest.

I don't necessarily have an answer, but I do have to say congratulations for living healthy for 3 years. I've been steadily losing weight for about 3 years (except 2012, I just kind of stopped, and maintained because I felt burnt out, and I just wanted to appreciate how far I had come) and since about March of this year, my motivation has been lagging. I decided that I would just force myself to get back on it. I think I'll take the advice of one of the other posters and a look at some old photos and read some old journals from when I was 330 pounds.

Wow! Three years is very impressive!!!

I guess I would sit down and think about how you felt BEFORE you started this lifestyle. Because Yikes, if I had to, I would know that I felt awful most days, and I am happier and feel better than I think I ever have. I haven't reached my goal, but I will get there.

I wish you the best.

Buy a pair of goal jeans and hang them up for you to see in your mirror.. And try them on once a week. Maybe switch up your foods if you've been eating the same things. Maybe if you have a before picture, hang it up on your fridge along with a picture of you now to remind yourself of where you came from and where you want to end up. Good luck

Yes I've been living this healthy lifestyle for over 3 years now and for the past few weeks my interest has been lacking. Suggestions please for getting back my dedication.
