If you set your calories burned goal to reflect the amount of cardio exercise you're doing, then you should be fine to eat in the calorie range that SP suggests.

Does that help?

Mondays and Wednesdays we are working out for about 30 to 45 minutes without much break doing cross fit - Heart rate stays elevated with these exercises.
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays weightlifting for about 45 minutes plus a 10 min warm up on the treadmill or elliptical
Sat - Cardio for 45 minutes

HOw long do you workout?

Writer, mother, wife, and breadwinner. I love to run, but running doesn't love me, so I'm switching to my low-impact bike.

I am unsure what activity level to set myself to for my daily calorie needs. I work 9.5 hours at a desk Monday through Friday
I work out 5 to 6 days a week
Mon,Wed doing cross fit and interval training
