Mondays and Wednesdays we are working out for about 30 to 45 minutes without much break doing cross fit - Heart rate stays elevated with these exercises. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays weightlifting for about 45 minutes plus a 10 min warm up on the treadmill or elliptical Sat - Cardio for 45 minutes

I am unsure what activity level to set myself to for my daily calorie needs. I work 9.5 hours at a desk Monday through Friday I work out 5 to 6 days a week Mon,Wed doing cross fit and interval training Tues, Thurs, Friday doing weight lifting Sat doing cardio
