I think PB is definitely healthier--especially the natural PB. HOWEVER, I'm a nutella fan...can pass on the PB but if there's a jar of nutella, I become obsessed. SO, until my sugar cravings are under control, nutella's on my "no" list but I do adore it! Basically anything hazelnut--hazelnut gelato is the best! O.k. You can tell I'm on the tame your sugar craving challenge--no sugar in three days so am going to stop talking about nutella now. If I didn't have to track it, I'd eat an entire jar and then some!

Sounds like this would be a good "Food Showdown" that SparkPeople does. I do believe they both have a place in a healthy diet. I actually enjoy a piece of toast with both spreads on. I guess I can't decode which is my favorite.

So with Nutella rave going on which is better for you? I know that Nutella has more sugar than peanut butter & peanut butter has more fat but which one is better for you in health benefits or if a health guru had to pick one over the other which would he/she pick? Thanks- Wendy
