Thats a myth. You need a combination of aerobic exercise and strength training. You're strength training should use weights that are heavy enough to exhaust your muscles and complete the exercises using proper form.
You won't get "big". You'll get just the way God intended you. :)
long lean muscles instead of bulking up? Would you say yoga or pilates? I have always had the ability to build muscle quickly for a women but I dont want to be big. I want more of the long lean muscle mass and want a work out program that will help me with that. Any suggestions?
