Thank you, Denise. I believe that's what happened. I would never have made the connection between adding my resting heart rate to the weight tracker and resetting the nutrtion goals. Very odd that it's set up to do that.
Your edited nutrition goals will remain in your account as long as you don't make changes to your weight goal page or your fitness goal page. Making any changes to either of those pages will reset your Nutrition Tracker settings.

I'm on a low protein diet per doctor's orders. I have repeatedly changed my protein goal to reflect my correct protein range, but every few days the nutrition tracker resets it to the "average" protein goals. The same thing happens with a couple of other nutrition goals that I've changed to reflect my personal needs. It's really annoying.
