I am quite pleased with myself .Yesterday I did not have 1 cigarette, I went shopping and got almost everything on SP grocery list for this week, and I took a 25 minute walk. And I did not have any sweets.I do believe that considering I had no help from a patch or pill or any other aide , that I done incredibly well and plan on doing the same today.
