WOW! Great BMI. I have exercised 3/x a week for 3 years with no change. But, at age 59, I suppose that is to be expected.

Thanks! My weight loss has been a LONG learning process. It has been so slow going up until about 4 months ago when I started losing more consistently. I have watched a lot of people blow right past me losing 100+ pounds compared to my 36. I've never felt successful with this whole weight loss thing until just recently. I see now that my persistence is paying off and that consistency and making small changes and sticking with them is the key to making this a lifestyle change. For the first time I really think I can lose all this weight!!! I'm so excited!
