The flu was not exactly my weight loss method of choice, (LOL) but it is what it is. So, I'll take the 3 lb win & run with it. (Well, ok, I'll run with it when I'm a little less sore in a day or two. =D)

Don't sweat it. I lost 10lbs and was soooo... happy to post a ten lbs lost icon. Then. Of. Course. The next week I gained a lb. lol. At the time I was devastated but with SP comments on my blog I learned to take it in stride.

All the best.

I'm glad you are feeling better. The weight loss is great, but being healthy is important too.

Congrats on the loss anyway! We all go through this... Use your weight as just one of the indications of how you are doing overall.

I have lost 28 lbs as of today, which is a nice woo hoo. However, I cannot take credit for that. I'm just recovering after 3 days of the flu. I lost at least 3 of those pounds in those sick days. This is the first day since I got sick that I logged in. I lived on wheat toast & brothy soup.

So, I'm glad to have lost more weight although I wish it was not for that reason.
