I have every one checked but it seems very hit or miss as to what emails I receive, I don't quite understand how it works.

I got the following (Thursday): Recipe of the Day, Community Highlights, Exercise of the Day, Healthy Heart Newsletter, Living with Diabetes Newsletter, and Best of Sparkpeople. On Friday, I only got the usual three. I do have every option checked emoticon

I loved today's e-mails - there were SIX of them. Just like before the changes. Lots of information - lots of great referrals to motivational Spark Pages. I always love the e-mails! Keep 'em comin'! emoticon
