I go to yard sales and buy old/new ones in bulk that wayI alwa yshave a selection. Also dollar store will have old ones ometimes. Good luck!

I actually DVR a program on PBS/KET called Body Electric. I have built a ton of muscle tone by doing her program every day!

Ripped! is good for an overall hard workout, 30 day shred is good and so is Zumba for a lot of different workouts. The Spark videos are also really good.

I'd suggest you go to your local library to see what they have. You may enjoy a belly dancing DVD or something of the sort (zumba dvds!).
In a weak moment years ago I bought HipHop Abs. Honestly, it helped me once I got to a public zumba class b/c I honestly had no idea how to move my hips before following the DVDs!

I hate the thought of going to a gym! I much prefer dancing around my front room like a wally where no one else can see me! But I tend to grow bored after a few weeks of the same work outs. I was wondering if there's any fitness DVDs that anyone can recommend? Thanks!
