Hello my name is Claudia, im 18 years old and im having a hard time remembering to workout. I do have my family to keep me motivated, but they do not help much with being a "workout partner"..I think having a workout partner (even if that means texting eachother what workouts we did) would be a good idea. So if anyone wants to please send me a message and maybe we can exchange numbers to keep up with each others workouts. Or if anyone has any other exercising ideas to do on a short time schedule please share. Thanks! :)
