Congrats to those of you that reached your goals! YAY! =D

I did stretch before and after working out. It's nothing too painful but that's for the advice. I went slower this last time but will see how I feel by Monday morning.

Again, Congrats guys! it's so awesome to reach even the smallest goal. =D

Depends on why you are sore--did you over stretch? Be sure to stretch AFTER a workout not before. If you haven't worked out in a long time go easy and work up to prevent soreness.

I just wanted to say that I completed 30 mins of cardio/toning ! I am so happy and excited for Monday!

I was wondering what sorts of things can I do to soothe my aching muscles. Does hot or cold compress work? or maybe eating bananas, as I know it works for cramps.
