When I'm not working in the summer time, I love to go early and walk on the treadmill. Then there's a water aerobics class that starts at 8:00. I time it so I finish walking at about 7:45 then go straight to water aerobics. Makes me feel like I've accomplished something for the day.

Hey! I have a ymca membership. The good thing about them is the first time you go to the gym part of it you can ask for a fitness assesment, they will work with your schedule. Tell them your goals and they will do a fitness test and tell you the best exercises for you, how many reps to do, and how often. I also love their spin class and yoga!
We are getting a Y membership. They have a pool, basketball court, indoor walking/running track, weight room. That's all I know about so far. what is the most effecient exercises for the little ammount of time that I get to have there?
