I had actualy began doing this right after I had an issue with a bad tooth, the dentist never actualy blamed pop/soda for causing the issue but I felt that it didnt help at all either so I had decided to start drinking water instead. I never actualy knew how much I was supposed to drink until a joined sparkpeople and found that 8 cups of water is what im supposed to be getting daily so that is what I now stick with completley avoiding pop at any cost.
The link you posted is very interesting. I really like how it brings it down into perspective for you. I personaly would drink 3 cans a day of pop and not even think anything of it, that is probably why my weight has become a big issue
. I thank you for showing me that link it was very helpful and supportive in my decission in staying away from pop for good.
