I know how you feel i started a 800 cal. a day diet it has been really hard but i have lost 11 lbs in 4 days yay

I made Lent the forty days to getting back on track. No excuses, 15 minutes of exercise every day for 40 days. The couch potato has been averaging 40 minutes a day. Yeah me!
