I like oranges. Also I like weight watchers mint chocolate bars.

1 Jello no sugar vanilla pudding, 1/2 banana, 3 Nilla wafers
1/2 banana is 35
Pudding is 69
Nillas wafers are about 140 for 8, but you don't need all 8

Its filling and good

Yoplait frozen yogurt bites are delicious. I also really like cocoa roast almonds, I buy them in 100 calorie packs.

Hot tea with a dollop of honey in it. The honey's a fraction of the calories that most sweet stuff is, and the tea is better for me than a coca cola any day. :)

I forgot to say, you can find the banana babies, Slim Fast bars, and Luna mini bars at Target. I get the Yasso bars and fruit leathers at Costco.

I like Diana's banana babies (130 cal) or Yasso greek yogurt bars (70 cal) for dessert. For snacks, I like Slim Fast peanut butter crunch bars (100 cal), Stretch Island fruit leathers (45 cal), and Luna bar mini bars (80 cal). When I was in college, I lost 40 pounds by snacking on a pound of strawberries during class every morning (among other things). The calorie count on strawberries is ridiculously low, yet it fills you up. I still do this now if I happen to have them in the house.

So I have a sweet tooth, its a fact of life, and I know I won't be able to give it up completed. I'm a fan of Skinny Cow frozen treats - sooo yummy and low calories. What do you like to do for a sweet treat? I live alone and am a college student so small portions and easy to make ideas would be ideal!
