I have discovered that I have a character flaw in that I often sabotage my healthy food choices because I simply cannot say no thank-you when offered something high in calories. For example I consumed 2 margaritas yesterday afternoon at a BBQ, had wine at dinner and then Irish Bailey's on ice after a magnificent peach cobbler desert. Does anyone else do that too in any shape or form? Is there a cure for this?
