You would read the label, and enter that. Most alcoholic beverages are probably already in the tracker. Just do a search for them. Sometimes, you may need to search for them and see if you can find something close.

Seeing that vitamins and minerals are measured. How can you enter a multivitamin, for instance? Also I like an alcoholic beverage when I go out to dinner or a glass of wine at home. How is that entered calorically?
