First and foremost... do NOt work out *at all* without your doctor's clearance. Our body is all tied up in a big knot, and it can be difficult to do one thing without hurting yourself.

Once you've gotten clearance (and be specific about what you want to do, and why) you can check out the healthy lifestyle section, and look for seated workouts. There's quite a few!

I am getting ready to schedule surgery on my foot and am told it will be 6-8 weeks before I am back on that foot. I am so afraid of losing all I have worked for, but I need to have this done. Any ideas for exercises I can do that will not involve my feet? Including aerobic. I am going to miss that.
