I am down 71 lbs with SparkPeople and I feel so much lighter and stronger and healthier every day! You can do it! Best of luck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle!
As to your question about eating only fruits - there may be, but most of us seem to strive for balance of healthy fruits and veggies, lean protein, and grains.
You are worth having a healthy body!
This is a lifestyle change to be healthy, not a diet and not a sprint to get there.. one day at a time, one pound at a time.. as long as it takes, starting again as often as possible.
