are you sure you are allergic? ie been specifically tested? if so, you may have problems with fish oil supplements. you are wiping out a lot of nutrients and generally low calorie sources of protein. on the other hand, omega 3 fatty acids are what is most looked for in seafood nutrients, you can get respectable amounts from flaxseed. Spark has a slideshow about sources of omega 3. good luck to you.

I am allergic to seafood and shellfish.....can't have any of it...any idea to work on getting what I needs from those?????
