There is a PCOS team as that is very common for obese women. I don't belong but know it has several thousand members.

I'd say to look up Roby Mitchell M.D. whose web site is www.drfitt.com since he treats many patients for that issue. He has clips on YouTube and he knows other physicians all over the country so he can tell you where to see a doctor in your area. He is very big on

This is his book on Hypothyroid.

I found him because my son had Testicular Cancer at age 24 and Dr. Mitchell has had Advanced Prostrate Cancer and cured himself with diet and exercise. My son had surgery and four rounds of chemotherapy but he is still "clean" now when he has his follow up tests.
I find Dr. Mitchell very interesting.
