emoticon It isn't a very sunny day here today. Still very warm. Hello all, I am starting a new beginning after having a heart attack on Sunday. No exercising yet until after seeing the doctor on the 27th of this month. I am able to start my eating plan already and have had my husband working with me. He really keeps me on the straight and narrow. I know it is going to be a long journey but the sad thing is I have done it before so I know I can do it again. I did it the time I needed my hip replaced, this time it is to keep me alive. I still have both my parents ages 85 and 83 and I sure don't want them to go me dying before them.
My name is Pat and I live in Lake Wales, Florida, I have been living here for 26 years. I was born in Manistique, Michigan 64 years ago. I have been married 46 years and have 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Wishing every one a great day and good luck with all your endeavors.

I chose the heart because mine is still going.
