I have a twitter friend - @SemiSweetOnline (she also has blog, etc. under that name). She has a smoothie every day - and often it's lots and lots of greens. I suspect her blog has many recipes and ideas

I have found the solution to getting in my veges. I bought a Vita mix some months ago and it came with instructions and recipes but these often included many ingredients. Being the inconsistent person that I am the smoothies gradually became less palatable. So I turned to Bimi Blasts with Jane and she has a KISS plan. Ah ha. Easy to make, fast and simple smoothies. I can take it to the gym and sip it through my workout. I am just starting to experiment with soups as well. Tonight I am going to try the corn cashew soup. I'll let you know how it turns out.
