Thanks Jen. I kind of figured that. I did discover though that once I delete the previous day's entries, it doesn't show back up the next day when I sync my armband on my computer, so that's a good thing at least.

There isn't a way to have one of them sync. At this point, it's either both or none.
I just got one of those bodymedia arm bands and got it connected with my spark people account. First off, I love it. The only problem is that when I was making dinner last night it read it as moderate activity. This is all well and good, but it keeps putting in this activity in my workout tracker here at SP. I only want intentional workouts to be logged onto SP, not regular activity that happens to be moderate. I was going to disconnect the arm band for the workouts (and was just going to enter them in manually from the app on my phone), but this will disconnect the food part too which I really want to keep. Is there any way to just have the food and not the workout stuff or a setting to make just intentional exercise (workouts from the phone app for instance) be carried over?
