Very smart of you to go back and look at what you are doing and what is happening, rather than giving up. I needed to to do that several times along the way and I also believe with myself, my body needed to adjust to the new me along the way before I would continue to lose. Keep at it, it is worth every step!
I hit a plateau 3 weeks ago and I was getting discouraged and had to do a full look at how I was eating and working out....I decided to go back to measurements and was so excited to see I was losing inches. So even though the scale hadn't moved I was still changing...In March I decided to get back on track...So since March 8 I am happy to report I have lost 15 lbs and 8 1/2 inches....even when you get stuck check your measurements...so glad I did! Happy Sparking!
