I'd really like to get a baseline for how many BASE calories I can ingest before adding any movement for the day. In my younger days seems like the number was pretty high and now it seems that everything goes to my waistline. I'd like to lose 2lbs a week to reach my goal by June. 2 lbs a week equals 7,000 calories a week less than what I need, but if I don't know where to start - it makes keeping track more difficult. Is there some basic reference on this site to help me with this?
younger days I'd survive on green beans, broccoli etc. at this over 55 age - that just doesn't give me the energy I need.
