i started out the day eating fairly well, treated myself to a hair color appt (even though it wasnt glamorous - it was at a local tech school because i cant afford anywhere else), and then had to go to my mom's to hear about services that are available to her. it was a good meeting, i'm glad i was there,,,,, but, it stressed me out and i ate bunches of malted milk balls during the 2 hour meeting.

it's awfully hard to take good care of myself while trying to also take good care of my mom.

i know about all the right things to do, keep alternate plans available to combat overeating etc, but, when the anxiety hit, all of that went right out the window.

sigh.
