Actually I don't really understand what to do. I had joined the spring boot camp challenge and every so often I'd get reminder emails. Today I joined a 10 minute a day thing. But how do I track? What do I DO? There's nothing obvious in any of the tabs. If it's just the same as me keeping a list on my phone, what is the benefit?
