I gave it a high score, it was really delcicious, cocoa is bitter, so it doesnt taste all sweet and chocolate like.

Its like adding cocoa when I make chili con carne... it adds depth and richness

I love it, I did however cut the meat into small chunks and marinate them in the crust for a while, then fry with a little oil. But totally loved it.

I looked at it but decided on this one:
2# pork loin
2 tsp curry paste
2 T maple syrup
2 oranges juiced and zest
Marinade 1-3 hours and bake at 350 1.5 hours

Has anyone made the cocoa crusted pork loin that is in the SP recipes? It sounds really good, but I am leery of cocoa and meat.....need a few new ideas for pork and was wondering about it.
