Just over two weeks 7 lbs is a lot, most aim for between 2 and 4 lbs i the time.
Remember you have to fit in your life while doing any diet.

7 pounds in 17 days.... We just have to be more aware of what we are doing and you are so let's FORGET ABOUT IT and make this our week.... I gained 1 pound and I know it's because what I ate... so knowning this I'm willing to help you stay on track and you help me.

Losing "only" 7 lbs in just over two weeks is not a bad outcome. That diet is not supported by solid science, and isn't a part of the SP plan, so unfortunately we can't really provide much feedback for you.
Perhaps shelve the faddish "diet" and stick to healthy living for life?
You can't "cheat" on a healthy lifestyle, because there's room for everything!
I'm not all that familiar with that diet and we don't promote it, so I can't say for sure. It looks like there are some SparkTeams set up for other members following that diet though, so you may want to try searching for those and posting on those teams to see if they have any insight for you.

i am at the end of cycle one in the 17 day diet.. and i only lost 7 pounds!.... could it be because i cheated three times? i ate one avocado.. i ate a huge ice cream :( and also some choclate!!!! i cheated on three different days. please help me!
