Well, was your heart rate elevated to at least 60% of normal for most of the time? Did you take any rest breaks, or was the motion continuous? Is this something you do often?

today i hauled a lot of brush and small to medium trees and stacked them. first into four wheeler,then into a pile. can i use this as cardio. i did this for two hours
