when i started on this mission to get healthier I had all kinds of gusto. Now that I have seen a glimpse of results it is harder and harder to keep up at it. Today was the second day a row I had to make myself do SOMETHING.

Again today I did not feel like working out but I went to the gym anyway I feel so proud of myself

Today I went to a doctors appt it was hot and I felt that lazy don't want to do anything but veg feeling but I fought that and told myself that everytime that I think I don't want to excercise that will be when I will excercise
