I'm going to go against the grain here and say "no".
Your videos are strength based work.
Strength work is not measured in time spent. You don't get 'more benefit' from 45 minutes ST than from 30. You should do the right moves, at the right weight, whatever time that takes (around 15-20 minutes).
You would get better results by picking either one of these videos, whichever you have time for (they are probably both a complete workout), and doing it with the maximum resistance on your bands that you can each time.
Time isn't a factor for ST work.

While doing "chunks" of fitness is better than no fitness at all, I'd be concerned about your muscles getting too used to the same movements and exercises and would suggest you change it up a bit so you don't plateau with regard to your fitness goals.
I have a couple of walking exercise videos, both with stretchy bands for some upper body work. One video is for 15 minutes, and the other is for 30 minutes. I have worked my way along through the 15 minute one and have "graduated" to the 30 minute video. Later on when I feel I have mastered the 30 minute program, could I add in the 15 minute one, at a different time of day for the same benefit I might get from a 45 minute program?
