I LOVE Whole wheat couscous for lunch. And all the 'cooking' you have to do is to boil some broth! I actually like to make couscous with boiling water + bouillon cube. Then you can add a drained can of Chickpeas, some roasted red peppers (from a jar), some frozen peas and maybe some fat-free feta cheese. Bingo! You have an easy lunch that tastes great hot, cool or at room temperature. Add to lunch some carrot sticks or sweet pepper slices, some fruit and maybe a few rolled up slices of turkey and you are in business.
The other standby for me is tortilla wraps. Just pretend you are making a salad but wrap it up in a tortilla. Greek salad is a good one, or hummus + lettuce + feta is also good.
Do you think your teenagers would like those flavors?
I don't know if I can lose 50 pounds... but I CAN lose 10 pounds five times!

I am a horrible cook and have been forever. i need easy, low calorie menu options that even my teenagers will like. Any ideas for me? Thanks!
