I have heard friends and family use the applesauce tip for a binder in baked goods and like the results (they say it helps keep the stuff moist)

Hi!
I am trying to make paleo muffins (using almond meal istead of flour) but I can't use eggs. I tried flaxseed but it just wont bind the ingredients together.

Any suggestions ?
