I know how you feel! Summer is sometimes difficult. Especially if you have glass or two of wine, it's hard to not eat all the time...

It sounds like you know in advance that your weekends are going to be your struggle, so is there any way that you can avoid it? Or make a better game-plan for it. If you're going to a party, eat something before so you're not as tempted by the food once you get there.

The weekends are so challenging for me. I do great all week and struggle. Open houses, family, etc. Haven't had any cake until Saturday open house and guess what! I ate 2.5 PIECES! Along with cheesy potatoes and pasta salad! I guess I will have to see what the scale says Wednesday. So frustrated and dissapointed in myself.
