emoticon My biggest piece of advice to any newcomer is to get your hands on a copy of The Spark book. It makes the tools on the website really easy to navigate and understand so they are much more helpful! Good luck. Feel free to drop by my page or message me for anything at all!

My biggest thing is finding consistency in how I manage my days. Always track your food. Always find time for fitness, even if to just 10mins a day.

HI my name is Gina I'm 48 years old. I was on a weight loss plan in 2010 and lost 39 pounds putting me about 6 pounds from my goal. The weight loss program I was on changed their plan and I started struggling. I haven't been able to get a grip on steady weight loss since. I gained 24 pounds back and recently lost eight of those pounds so now I have 22 to lose to get to my goal. I'm looking for motivation and for people who might have some idea of what I'm going through and can help me finally win this battle.
