Hi everyone. I'm trying something new using SparkPeople. Last year I lost 30 lbs just by cutting back on fried foods (my downfall). I have recently put about 10 back on. I feel like I have lost my self-control and am nervous about putting it all back on. Besides losing those 10 I would like to lose an additional 20. I need to stay motivated. I know it is possible I just got to stay on track.
