I also have a hard time with fiber, despite eating and loving fruits and veggies! Fiber is one of the few things I supplement by adding stuff to water (it's not Metamucil, but I can't remember the brand name now, eesh...).
check my food diary!! its public!! high fiber foods are fruits and veggies obv, but if you really need it, i reccommend oat bran with psyllium husk in the morning instead of oatmeal...you get more volume for your calories as a bonus!! haha... feel free to snoop my diary though...
i would also just google high fibre foods..should give u a good list.

i seem to have a tough time getting in carbs and fibre , it really is becoming difficult and one have suggestions as to some food items or recipes for me to try. fibre is the hardest. help please and thank you.
