Hi - I only post occasionally, but want to say hello! This is a big year for all of us born in 1951. Eating right and exercising has kept you as small as you are!

I lived in northern CA for 10 years. It is sooooooo beautiful. emoticon

my name is monette and i was born in 1951..I was reading some of the posts on this message board, and really want to become part of your group..
I have about 12 pounds that constantly haunt me, I eat right and exercise and see no change, then I eat wrong and don't exercise and just feel yucky..
I am married with 2 grown children and 1 wonderful grandson. I live in the woods and am considered a mountain woman..interesting..
Anyway, hope I can get to know you..I just really enjoyed your posts.. emoticon
