You have to find it in yourself first. Sometimes, we moms forget to put ourselves first. We take care of everyone else's needs and our own go on the back burner. You have to really want this to succeed. You have to fit in time for youself. I imagine you're very active with 9 kids so I think the most important thing for you to concentrate on is your diet. If you can find time to squeeze in 20 mins of cardio/ST here or there, that's great!
You can find your extra support and motivation here on Spark with others who are in the same boat as you and understand your struggles and pat you on your back for your accomplishments. A couple of months from now, if you stick with it, family and friends will start to notice and comment and you'll get your reaffirmation of just how awesome you're doing. ;)
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
