Thank you for the recipe. I usually buy Wholly Guacamole but this sound better than the packaged stuff

2 avocados 1/4 red onion 1 Roma tomato 1/6 yellow bell pepper 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 jalapeno 1 wedge lime Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the avocados, finely dice the onion, yellow bell pepper and jalapeno. Dice the tomato. Crush the garlic and combine all. Squeeze lime juice over mixture, salt and pepper to taste. Mix once again and eat.
This bowl of guacamole will be gone minutes.
