When I first started using SP, I tried to get as many Spark Points a day as I could. This helped me really get to know the program and I learned a lot from reading the articles and taking the quizzes. iam new to the spark people and the competer but very excited.I have some goals i like to meet.my weight is 193.i like to lose 50 of it i have join the y here in my town but still like to meet somes people in the same boat and get help a long the way with recipes hope you help out
