yeaa..well..i had pepponi..and in the excitement of the game i might have ate..4..pieces..(sigh)
so today im taking my "long walk"..gotta burn those calories off

Well, if you can have a reasonable portion and not have a slice of all meat triple cheese pizza, why not? You know a thin crust with veggie pizza slice or two will not derail you. Enjoy the journey.

hello i just rejoined traverse im 40 live in seattle..ive joined a few teams and doing real good..
i have a question though..can i eat pizza? if so how much and..what just wondering coz a buddy is coming over and wants to grill or get a pizza..if anyone can help id really appreciate it. :)_
