I get Rye Krisp at Winco. Where I live they also sell them at Albertsons and Fred Meyer. Just check the cracker aisle where you shop. Good luck!

Seasoned Rye Krisp is pretty good and it's only 30 calories for one cracker. (Plus it has fiber to help you get full.) Laughing Cow low-fat garlic and herb cheese wedges are only 35 calories. The calorie count per serving on my jar of dill pickle slices is zero.

So take two Rye Krisp crackers and spread each one with half the little wedge of cheese and put about 4 pickles on each piece, and you have a snack that's only about 100 calories. (60 for the Rye Krisp, 35 for the cheese, and 5 tops for the pickles.)

I've done this myself, except without the pickles. Drink a glass of water or something with it, because dill pickles have a lot of sodium. But calorie-wise, this is not a bad snack.
