You can search for those items in your Nutrition Tracker by going to your My Trackers tab and selecting My Nutrition and using the search box on there. just starting out would like help with this ;3 cups coffee;6teaspoons creamer 3 teaspoons of splenda; yogurt 80 cal 6 tablespoons of liquid egg;50 cal; 1/2cups of green peppers; 1/2 cups of fresh mushrooms; 1/2cups onions; 2tablespoons of sala 15 cal; water 9 oz one cup lemon ginger tea; 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil could some one help me with the rest of these cal and was it a good start so far?
